Deliveries

During the validation of your order, you will be able to choose your carrier and will have all the information concerning the delivery times according to the items ordered.
Please note that your order will only be delivered after validation of your payment (according to the payment method selected) and verification of the delivery information by our logistician. You will be alerted by email at each stage and we will contact you if necessary.

Delivery rates

Excluding wallpaper orders. We prepare the orders in 24 to 48h (working days), they will then be delivered according to the delay of chosen the carrier (see details bellow).

Wallpaper delivery rates

For wallpaper, it is made to order and is shipped (separately from our other products) as soon as it is available, i.e. 10 working days then according to the delivery time indicated by the carrier chosen below.

Metropolitan France - delay of 24 à 48h (working days)

We offer delivery from 3 rolls of wallpaper purchased (excluding discount).

Europe (EU) - delay of 24 à 48h (working days) depending on destination
21€ through DHL Express

World and Dom-Tom - delay of 2 to 8 working days depending on destination

In the case of orders containing wallpaper but also other products, you will therefore receive this one in two installments. But don't worry, you will find all these details when validating your order and in the summary that you will receive by email.

Returns

If you encounter a problem with your order and it is not compliant, we are sorry in advance and we invite you to contact us here so that our customer service can get back to you and find the best solution.

If your order is compliant but you have changed your mind, we invite you to read the lines below in order to request a return within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order. Exchanges are not possible for logistical reasons, but you can return a product to us for a refund.

Please note that our wallpapers are made to order and therefore cannot be taken back. Each print is unique because the colours may vary slightly during manufacture, which would prevent the resale of these products. If you need help calculating your rolls, please send us an email with the measurements of the surface to be wallpapered or any other questions.

To do your return, go here to specify the items concerned and to receive the email with the return slip to stick on your package. However, the cost of the return remains your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount refunded. This lump sum is 4€ including tax for a return from mainland France. For other destinations, it will be confirmed upon receipt of your return request.

The order must be returned with its original packaging intact and in good condition. Upon receipt and verification of it, we will proceed with the refund.
Please note that all returns that do not respect this process cannot be accepted.
